Seafood Connection proudly presents new Vegan products: Iki Tunini and Iki Masagi.The vegan products of Seafood Connection, which include edamame (soybeans) and wakame (seaweed salad) are essential in every sushi meal, poke bowl and salad.
Iki Masagi is a substitute for masago, also known as fish roe. A perfect topping based on seaweed extract. It is completely free of fish ingredients. Every pearl bursts open just like fish roe. Coloured with paprika en carrot extract. Produced and packed in 500g trays at our own factory in Urk.
Edamame are blanched soybeans. A healthy side dish in the Asian cuisine. It is easy to prepare: bring water to a boil and let the frozen soybeans cook for 2-3 minutes. The pods and kernels are available in 10x300g or 10x500g.Interested in samples? Contact us!
