Alaskan Pollock is a specie which belongs to the haddock family and is mostly found in cold, salty waters. The fillets are produced mostly skin- and boneless. Our Pollock is fully traceable. The finished product is strictly controlled by our quality assurance inspectors at the factories in the country of origin. The whitefish has a firm structure, soft meat and a fine taste.
