Also, Seafood Connection is currently expanding their range of Tuna products and is able to offer different qualities. Our new product is Super Frozen Yellowfin Tuna, which is wild, sustainable, longline caught and super frozen at sea. In order to achieve the highest Japanese quality, the product has been stored at -60°C throughout the entire chain. By defrosting the product in the right way, the beautiful red colour will appear; perfect for sashimi. Available in loins, chunks, saku, semi-saku blocks and poke.
