Pangasius - Pangasius hypophthalmus
Pangasius is farmed in freshwater ponds and originates from the Mekong Delta in Vietnam. The fillets are produced skin- and boneless and are fully traceable. The finished product is strictly controlled by our quality assurance inspectors at the factories in the country of origin. Pangasius has a firm structure, neutral taste and is very easy to prepare.
